By placing an order through this site, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms of service, which govern the purchase, fulfillment, and use of all Cody Deal branded merchandise and digital offerings.

1. Product Description

You are purchasing a limited-edition Cody Deal: RECLAMATION 18-Month Calendar (July 2025 – December 2026). Each calendar is autographed and shipped as a physical collectible.

All purchases also include a complimentary digital download version of the calendar, viewable on your personal device.

If you choose the Custom Video Autograph Upgrade, you will receive a personalized 30–60 second video message recorded by Cody Deal, delivered digitally.

2. Age Restriction & Content Disclosure

This product contains artistic full-frontal nudity and adult content.
By purchasing, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older and are legally permitted to view and possess adult-oriented materials in your jurisdiction.

3. Limited Edition Clause

This calendar is printed in a one-time limited run. Once sold out, no reprints will be issued. Your purchase guarantees one of the few available units.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

Calendars will begin shipping August 15, 2025, or earlier.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address submissions or courier issues.

5. Digital Download Asset

Your order includes access to a private, high-resolution digital version of the calendar. This will be delivered via email or private link within 3–5 business days of purchase or alongside your physical shipment.

This digital asset is:

• For personal use only

• Not to be reposted, resold, or distributed publicly

• Watermarked and traceable to your order ID

6. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the exclusive, signed nature of this product, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos for case review.

7. Custom Video Autograph Terms

If purchased, the custom video will be delivered via email or private link within 14 business days of calendar shipment.

Each video is:

• Personalized with your name (as entered at checkout or via email after purchase)

• One-time use and not for resale, reposting, or redistribution

• Private and non-commercial in nature

By purchasing, you agree not to share, edit, or publicly post this video without written permission from Cody Deal.

8. Intellectual Property & Rights

All content included in the calendar and related media (images, voice, likeness, and brand identity of Cody Deal) remain the sole intellectual property of Cody Deal.
Purchase does not grant resale or reproduction rights of any kind.

9. Conduct Clause

Access to Cody Deal’s services and offerings is a privilege, not a right.
Any harassment, coercion, or inappropriate messaging post-purchase may result in permanent blacklisting from future offerings.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you agree to all terms above and affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
